If any of our products fall below the high standards you expect please return them within 28 days and we will happily refund or exchange the item. Please have your invoice with you to do this.
If you change your mind within 7 days, we are happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories. Please have your invoice with you to do this. All items returned due tio a change of mind will be subject to a 10% restocking charge and the customer must pay all postage.
How do I return a product?
1. Contact Norpak Direct by emailing ndparts@norpak-me.com advising that a return is being made.
2. Please mark the package ‘Returns’ and enclose a copy of your invoice.
3. If the good were damaged in transit we will advise you asap.
4. Subject to the goods being in an ‘as sold’ condition a refund will be made less postage and a 10% restocking fee.
